Sailing Through Summer

P&O Ferries has launched its Summer Surprise offer by giving customers across Northern Ireland the chance to enjoy a surprise gift when booking a sailing from Larne to Cairnryan.

This year the ferry company is celebrating 180 years of the iconic P&O brand and has made the summer offer to mark the occasion.

Neal Mernock, P&O Ferries’ Sector Director on the Irish Sea said: “With summer just around the corner and many peoples’ thoughts turning to holidays, the offer we are launching today will give our passengers the chance to start enjoying their break even before they set off.

“There is no more enjoyable and relaxing way to travel than by ferry, especially for families as they bypass airport terminal queues, baggage restrictions and hidden charges.  Travelling with P&O Ferries is an enjoyable and relaxing way to get to Scotland and once you arrive you have the freedom to explore in your car.

Passengers who book between 29 May and 26 June 2017 will be given one of three surprises to enjoy. The prizes, which will be gifted at random when booking, include; free upgrade to priority boarding allowing you to board early to make the most of relaxing and shopping; a £15 voucher for the food court so you can treat yourself to a tasty meal when you travel; or free upgrade to a flexi ticket (you can choose which direction you’d prefer extra flexibility.)

The offer applies for bookings made from May 29th – June 26th and is applicable on the Larne-Cairnryan route. Passengers must complete return travel by September 30th 2017. Visit for further details.

With up to seven sailings a day and a journey time of just two hours, P&O Ferries is the shortest and most frequent sailing to Scotland.
