Fun in the sun awaits Northern Ireland holidaymakers with the release of the summer 2018 programmes from leading tour operators, Thomson and First Choice, part of the TUI Group.

The summer 2018 line-up from Thomson and First Choice offers an exciting range of hotel collections, with eleven destinations available to those travelling from Belfast International Airport and flights to the island of Majorca for those who wish to fly from the City of Derry Airport. Holidaymakers from Northern Ireland will also have new Sensatori and SuneoClub ranges to choose from as well as the new TUI Explorer, Thomson Cruises’ largest ship. With over 1,000 unique properties to choose from, there really is something for every taste and budget.

To make the most of your summer 2018 holidays, Thomson and First Choice are offering lots of reasons to secure your holiday now. There are 1000’s of free child places on offer in selected properties across a range of destinations and you can book with a low deposit of just £75.

Thomson will once again fly direct non-stop to Cancun in Mexico on the state-of-the-art Thomson Airways 787 Dreamliner from Dublin Airport. New TUI Sensatori Resort Rhodes, by Atlantica

The eleventh addition to the popular TUI Sensatori collection is the adults-only TUI Sensatori Resort Rhodes by Atlantica. Located 20km from Lindos and set on the beach, the TUI Sensatori Rhodes is perfect for avid explorers and beach goers. This spectacular hotel is flanked by cliffs and better still, Kolymbia’s Blue Flag sand-and-shingle beach is right on its doorstep.

This luxurious hotel, operated by Atlantica, is right on the beach and also includes a lagoon-style pool, and plush spa for guests to unwind in. TUI SuneoClub Serenity Bay Bulgaria

Serenity Bay is the perfect name for this First Choice SuneoClub hotel, it’s a peaceful, family-friendly property located right in the middle of a golden-sand beach.  SuneoClub properties great value all-inclusive resorts so flights, accommodation, meals and local drinks are all included as standard, making them very affordable.

TUI Explorer sets sail for Thomson Cruises

Newly named TUI Explorer is Thomson Cruises’ largest ship setting sail in 2018 and will join recently launched ships TUI Discovery and TUI Discovery 2 in offering All-Inclusive as standard. Based in Palma, Majorca from May 2018, TUI Explorer offers even more choice, space and flexibility for customers, including two new cabin types, bigger than any other standard cabin in the fleet and a wider choice of dining and premium entertainment.
The ship introduces new feature bar, Indigo, which offers stunning ocean views from its prime position at the top of the ship and is home to the casino and nightclub when the sun goes down; Aperitif, an intimate speakeasy style bar perfect for pre and post dinner drinks; Scoops, an ice-cream parlour with quirky bicycle-themed seating; and The Lounge, a new venue complete with colour-changing bar and signature brightly coloured piano, where customers can relax and listen to live music.

Making its debut in Corfu Town in summer 2018, TUI Discovery 2 will sail four itineraries in the Eastern Mediterranean, and Thomson Dream will also be based in Palma, Majorca.
Customers choosing these ships will be able to team their holiday with a beach break as part of the extensive Cruise and Stay programme, offering further chance to explore the destinations. Thomson Cruises are available with flights from Belfast International Airport.
