This month saw the arrival in Belfast of Ireland’s healthiest takeaway restaurant Camile Thai. Set up by Brody Sweeney, founder of the O’Brien sandwich bar chain, the new Lisburn Road eatery is the sixteenth for the group and creates 25 new jobs in the city. It is the company’s first foray into the UK market as the chain plans to open in London before Christmas. This week’s opening event welcomed local sports personalities and influencers, and locals are already flocking to taste the very best of fast fresh food – both on site and at home – as the menu specialises in restaurant quality food for delivery. There is even a mini menu offering for dogs.
